In June 2023, CCCI decided to hold an event in Almaty with the participation of Cypriot authorities and businesses. The delegation of 10 local companies from the finance, legal, real estate, and consulting industries aimed to meet Kazakhstani businesses to strengthen relations and discover new ways for bilateral partnerships.

The Action team was responsible for event management, supervision, and guest relations, which included:

• Selection and negotiation with the venue, including catering and accommodation
• Technical support and simultaneous translation
• Coordinating photographers and promotional personnel
• Printing of collateral materials
• Compiling a list of Kazakhstani companies to be invited to the event, including those in the finance, banking, legal, real estate, tourism, and consulting sectors
• Official invitations to Atameken, Kazakh Invest, and the Honorary Consulate of Cyprus in Kazakhstan
