CyprusResponsibilities:
- Managing a diverse portfolio of clients and keeping a strong client service level
- Maintaining daily communication with clients, understand their needs and objectives and deal with a wide range of functions
- Coordinating and prioritizing tasks and projects, ensuring clear communication towards the team members, while acting in a timely manner
- Developing and implementing integrated communications plans to align with the overall communication strategy of each client
- Preparing detailed and comprehensive briefs for content and creative assets development, social media, influencer marketing, digital marketing and events
- Handling inbound and outbound media enquiries, and act as the key person in media communication
- Participating in client proposals and team brainstorming
- Creating and executing strategic proposals based on clients’ needs both on a proactive and reactive level
- Actively participating in new business development, including proposal writing
- Identifying new business opportunities
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in client service in the communications sector
- BA and/or MA in Communications, Marketing, PR or relevant field
- Experience with development and implementation of integrated communications campaigns
- Understanding of digital marketing and experience with campaigns in digital environments
- Fluency in Greek and English language (both written and oral)
